It is scientifically proved that women lose their hairs more than the loss which men suffer, so let’s first discuss few reasons which make hair loss happen and then we will talk generally to how to prevent hair fall. The reasons are simple that we ignore and the cure is easy for a result oriented procedure.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">First of all women and men are different and so there body parts behave differently. Now we come specifically to women hairs, the biggest difference between male and female hairs is the length. So it’s a very common sense that when the length and weight is more than there is more stress on them. So this is the first reason that makes women hairs fell more than the men’s.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When more hairs are there then they need more attention. So long hairs require more nutrients as these nutrients are required to repair the damaged hairs and also for growth of your hairs; the more the mass the more it require to grow, simple; isn’t it? So consult a qualified hair specialist and ask him for the right treatment or nutrition which you require for your hairs. Secondly when the hairs are washed they remain wet for a long time. As huge number of large hairs has lots of water on them and they become more then moisturized then required. For example when you rub your hairs by a towel than due to great friction your hairs gets damaged, so always use some method which makes your hairs wet in an efficient and smooth manner. Another point is managing your hairs when you sleep, when you sleep with your hairs in an awkward position then it results in permanent breakage or damage from any part on your hair; and it fell off when it is damaged. So manage your hairs really when and in a comfortable position when you are sleeping. Secondly when we talk about women then there are lots of cosmetics, cream and different more things available in market which makes women attracted towards them.</p>

I think yes, anyway so never use anything for your hairs which comes from a low standard and unhealthy company and try to use only those products on your own which does not require consulting a hair specialist. Otherwise if it requires that the product should be used after consulting, then you should surely follow this advice. These are small daily life matters which women ignore and at last which results in hair loss; So keep these things in mind to prevent any hair loss.</p>
